Judge dismisses pit bull attack case

RALEIGH Isaiah Hardy was attacked by two pit bulls last March. The dogs had just escaped from a nearby backyard when it happened.

Hardy had to spend several days in the hospital recovering.

The dogs' caretaker Anthony Whitfield was charged with letting the dogs run at large.

Wake County District Attorney Colon Willoughby says he's disappointed a judge dismissed the case.
