Hykeem Lamar Dunston, 20, of Bruce Street is charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
A 23-year-old male was treated for his injury and released on Saturday, January 16 -- the same day of the shooting. A 23-year-old female victim underwent surgery and is recovering from her injuries.
Dunston is being held at the Durham County Jail under a $1 million bond.
