They've charged 55-year old Malcolm McDonald of 728 Amber Drive with one count of first-degree statutory sex offense and four counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Investigators say McDonald volunteered to do various clean-up and repairs jobs around the victim's property. They allege McDonald molested the boy during periods when a relative was away at work.
