Willie Roman Futrell, 37, is charged with statutory rape, statutory sex offense and crimes against nature.
Investigators say Futrell took the victim to a local hotel and engaged in sex acts.
Futrell is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $150,000 bond. He will make a first court appearance today.
