Teen killed in morning car crash

GRANVILLE COUNTY The accident happened around 8:15 a.m. on Tally Ho Road at Sanders Road.

The Granville Central High School student was a passenger in a single vehicle accident.

Authorities say Hobgood was not wearing a seatbelt.

Further details about the incident have not been released.

The accident is still under investigation.
