Capitol police said a 15-year-old led them on a chase early Wednesday morning.

It began around 2 a.m. when an officer tried to stop the Jeep Cherokee the girl was driving on Peace Street at Capital Boulevard after she was possibly involved in some kind of domestic dispute.

The girl took off, but only made it about three blocks when she crashed in to a tree, a retaining wall, and a power pole on Peace Street at Boylan Avenue.

The teen was arrested. She was treated for minor injuries by paramedics at the crash scene.

Her name was not released because of her age.
