Brian Mitchell, 28, of the 900 block of Jordan Street, was pronounced dead Thursday afternoon at the Wilson Medical Center. He had been taken there by a witness.
Police said the shooting happened in the 500 block of Fairview Avenue and they were searching for three men believed to be in the dark colored car.
