Ignacio Lopez Mujica, 36, of 149 Burke Street, is charged with one count of conspiracy to traffic cocaine, one count of trafficking in excess of 400 grams of cocaine, and one count of maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances.
The arrest follows months of investigation.
Also seized were more than $10,000 in cash and vehicles.
Mujica is jailed under a $3 million bond.
