Police find man's body after slow-speed wreck

FAYETTEVILLE Troopers say Jonathan Neill Franks, 32, of Tallahassee, Florida, was found dead in the vehicle on Towbridge Road, near the Gates Four clubhouse around 3:00 a.m. Saturday.

He was found after his car crashed into the mailbox at slow speeds.

They say the cause of his death is under investigation, because they do not believe the accident killed him.

However, they also do not believe his death is suspicious.
