Matthew Alexander Burgie of 305 Watkins Farm Road, Rolesville is charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree rape, statutory rape and sex offense against someone greater than 6-years-old.
Search warrants released Thursday say Burgie drove to a Farmville address in Greene County May 15 to meet the girls after 11 p.m., drove back to Rolesville to have sex with them, and then drove back to Farmville where he dropped them off at a gas station.
The warrants state that the victims told investigators that Burgie drove a red van and told them he wanted to "hang out" in text and cell phone conversations. They said the sex took place on a pullout couch in a basement game room.
Investigators took clothing, bedding, earrings, a camera, and a cell phone from Burgie's home. He was also ordered to give hair and saliva samples for DNA testing.
The warrants state that investigators interviewed the victims at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville. ABC11 does not identify the victims of sexual assault.
Burgie was a student at Wake Forest - Rolesville High School, but school officials say he dropped out in February.
Neighbors said they were shocked by the allegations.
"I live in this neighborhood and you would never expect anything like that to happen. And to find something out like that - it's just crazy," offered Joel Dooris.
