Six shots were fired. One person was hit in the hand. A second was hit in the arm. Neither injury was life threatening.
Police said several children were nearby, but they weren't hurt.
Police believe the shooter may have been involved in an earlier altercation with one or more persons at the Wilson Street home. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Kenly police at (919) 284-2116.
