Police say the three victims sustained non-life threatening wounds and drove to the Hardees restaurant on Country Club Drive before calling police.
The victims were transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with minor injuries. All three victims were released from the hospital on Thursday.
Authorities have charged one of the victims, 21-year-old Jamaal Demetrius Johnson, with robbery with a dangerous weapon, first degree burglary, second degree kidnapping and possession of a firearm by a felon. He is currently in jail under a $60,000 secured bond.
Authorities say the shooting was gang related and the names and ages of the other two victims are unavailable at this time. They say the investigation is ongoing.
