It happened near Garner on Old Stage Road at Banks Road, around 6 a.m.
Authorities are still investigating who is at fault. They did say the bicyclist wasn't wearing any reflective clothing or lights and it was still dark.
The cyclist's condition isn't known. The truck driver wasn't hurt.
