It happened September 11 at the store at 200 North Cooper Drive at around 2:45 in the afternoon.
The victim said Harry Latta forced her into her car with a knife and demanded money. A brief struggle ensued and the victim's hands were injured. She started screaming for help, and police say Latta ran off.
He was captured by Henderson police a short time later.
He's now charged with first-degree kidnapping, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set a $75,000.
