Investigators say Jesse Montague of Franklinton was killed in a shooting on Mill Street.
Police issued warrants for Rashawn Arrington. He is 5'8", 160 lbs and is known by the name "May May." Arrington has several tattoos and is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
