According to warrants, his toddler son was found to have swollen and bruised lips and a swollen left eye, as well as bruising that resembled fingerprints around his left neck and shoulder.
The injuries were severe enough to require hospitalization and emergency treatment, according to investigators.
Sinclair's bond was set at $100,000, and he is due in court on Monday.
