Investigators say the victim reported the crime to an adult who later called law enforcement officials. The inappropriate contact allegedly occurred over the past several months at Jones' home.
Jones is charged with first degree rape, taking indecent liberties with a child and incest.
He is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $300,000 bond.
Jones will make a first court appearance in the Cumberland County Detention Center on Friday afternoon.
