Facebook profile leads to man facing charges

FAYETTEVILLE Investigators say 29-year old Richard Arnold Ferguson of Fayetteville subscribed to Facebook, which is a violation of North Carolina law.

Ferguson says he accessed his Facebook account from a neighbor's house.

He was taken into custody Monday and is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $10,000 bond on felony charges of disseminating material harmful to minors.
