Investigators said a coworker noticed the man was not responding to him as they worked at a home on C Street. The coworker went to check on the man in a crawl space and found him dead.
No foul play is suspected, but the cause of death is unknown.
The dead man's family identified him as 31-year-old Tony Locklear Jr.
