According to a Hoke County Schools spokesperson, police and sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the school to break up a fight between 20 students.
A school spokesperson said the fight was a continuation of a brawl that started over the weekend at another location.
Charges against the students are pending, and the students are suspended pending disciplinary hearings.
