A female jogger told officers she was on the American Tobacco Trail between Woodcroft Parkway and Crooked Creek Parkway around 8:10 a.m. when a man approached her and asked her for the time. About ten minutes later when the woman was jogging back, the same man approached her, asked her for the time again and exposed himself.
The woman was not injured.
Police searched the area but did not find the suspect. He is described as a white male in his early 40s, 6'2" tall, wearing a black doo-rag, a black t-shirt and very short black shorts.
Additional officers have been patrolling the trail since Sunday. Anyone with information is asked to call Investigator Wheeler at 560-4582, ext. 29370.
