Police say the 21-year-old approached an employee who was working in the parking lot on Smithfield Road. Investigators say during the robbery, Little took the victim's car keys and stole his car. Police say Little had accomplices.
On October 23, the victim's car was discovered but police were unable to arrest the occupants of the car because they the scene during a traffic stop.
Little was apprehended on October 26. Other arrests are pending.
Little is charged 18 charges, including robbery with a dangerous weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property and failure to stop for police.
