SAN JOSE, Calif.

Anthony Change was arrested in Venezuela last week. Chang fled the country after being linked to the 2001 plot that killed 18-year-old Patrick Hsu.

Hsu was killed when a pipe bomb hidden inside a toy robotic dog exploded in his parents San Jose home.

Police say Chang was angry with his estranged wife and had threatened to retaliate against her family.
