U.S. marshals arrested Carlos Whitted Tuesday afternoon at home in the 600-block of Lyon Street.
He was wanted in connection with the death of 22-year-old Steven Bruno at Club Ciroc, off Raeford Road, on March 18.
The shooting outside the club happened just before 4 a.m. Police found Bruno dead in the parking lot. A second shooting victim, 26-year-old Darrell Wilson, was taken to Cape Fear Valley Hospital in a personal vehicle where he was treated and released.
Whitted faces a number of charges, including second-degree murder.
