WTOK-TV reports a grand jury has handed down indictments charging three with capital murder and armed robbery in the death of 45-year-old Thomas Tedeschi. The fourth person was indicted on a charge of accessory after the fact.
Tedeschi was found shot to death along a back road near Meridian August 5, 2011.
Police said he was last seen at a local club before he died.
Tedeschi was in Mississippi to work on cell phone towers.
