A house in the 3400 block of Snow Hill Road was broken into Monday afternoon and it is believed that some weapons were stolen from the home.
A neighbor called 911 when the home's security alarm went off. However, deputies arrived just after the suspect left.
Another neighbor told ABC11 that the robber got away in a car that was waiting for him at a nearby intersection. Before he drove off, a passerby reportedly saw the man holding what appeared to be guns.
That passerby tried to follow the suspect in the get-away car, but lost sight of the vehicle.
No one was at home at the time of the break-in and no one was injured.
