It happened shortly after 9:30 a.m. at the BB&T Bank in the 8500 block of Brier Creek Parkway. The suspect approached a teller, demanded money, and fled the bank after the teller complied.
The suspect is described as a black male of average build who stands about 6 feet tall. He was wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans. It is believed he left the scene in a turquoise- or aqua-colored Honda Civic.
