According to authorities, 25-year-old Christopher Martin Gordon of Fayetteville allegedly waved a handgun before fleeing in a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Don Antonio Flournoy of Hope Mills with an undetermined amount of money.
Two days later, Flournoy was pulled over by a Fayetteville police officer during a traffic stop, which later led to the arrests of both suspects.
Gordon and Flournoy are each being held under a $50,000 bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center.
