Investigators said 20-year-old Pfc. John Jinsoo Kim assaulted the victim on Sept. 14 at a home on Bedrock Drive. The victim is under the age of 13.
Kim is charged with one count each of first-degree rape of a child, indecent liberties with a child, and sex offense-parental role.
He is in the Cumberland County Jail under a $150,000 bond.
Kim is an active-duty behavioral health specialist at Womack Medical Center.
