Eighth arrest made in convenience store murders

GREENVILLE, N.C.

Twenty-eight-year-old Timmy House was arrested at his job in Kinston Monday evening.

Authorities said House, who is the brother of one of the accused shooters, destroyed evidence after the fact.

He is being held in the Pitt County Detention Center under $ 3 million bond.

Four people are charged with first degree murder in the April murders at the family owned convenience store that left three people dead.

Four other people are charged with crimes after the shootings.
