Raven Abaroa took the stand during his pretrial hearing Friday to talk about evidence in the case. The defense wanted to suppress evidence gathered at Abaroa's home, specifically the laptop computer he reported missing.
Abaroa is charged in the stabbing death of his wife Janet in 2005. Raven told police he found his wife in their home on Ferrand Drive in Durham after returning from a soccer game. His wife was pregnant at the time of her death.
