The Board of Commissioners approved the $1 million purchase Monday.
Approval came on a four-to-three vote when Republican Commissioner Joe Bryan joined Democrats in voting yes.
Chairman Paul Coble voted against the purchase because he said it's not a priority location for a new school and it costs too much money.
