The two cellmates awaiting prison placements following separate convictions, have been identified as Kenneth Conley and Joseph "Jose" Banks.
A Central District police confirmed the escape from the federal jail in the Loop at 71 W. Van Buren St. The inmates, both bank robbery suspects, could now be wearing gray t-shirts, white sweatpants and white gym shoes.
