It happened after the driver crashed his car into another vehicle parked outside a home on Kaplan Drive.
Police said the 22-year-old driver was going 70 miles an hour around a sharp curve and lost control.
The car went off the road, clipped a mailbox, barley avoided some trees and slammed into a new Ford Explorer parked in a carport.
Police said the driver didn't have a license and was driving his girlfriend's car.
He also allegedly admitted to being high on drugs and alcohol.
No one was hurt.
