Police arrested the man around 1:30 a.m. at the Walnut Creek Apartments, in the 3200 block of Walnut Creek Parkway off of Gorman Street near I-40 in Raleigh.

Authorities said a woman was reportedly injured in the assault.
Initial reports stated that the woman allegedly fell from a second story balcony.
Further details about the incident have not been released.
