Three arrested in string of robberies

RALEIGH

The robberies happened between Jan. 28 and Feb. 6.

The first two robberies happened at the same Citgo store on Poole Road on Jan. 28 and Feb 2. Authorities charged 20-year-old Khaliq Roberto Miranda in connection both incidents.

He is also facing charges in connection with three robberies on the same night.

On Wednesday, authorities said Miranda along with 20-year-old Joshua David Goodson robbed the America's Best Value hotel on Capital Boulevard, Homestead Suites hotel on Appliance Court and the BP store on Olympia Drive at gunpoint.

A third man, 20-year-old Adrian Lamar Oden, was also charged in connection with the robbery at the BP store.

All three were arrested shortly after the robberies when police investigating the previous cases tracked down the suspects at a home on Sunnybrook Road in Raleigh.
