Police arrested 20-year-old Marcos Chapparo, 17-year-old Erick Pardo Martinez, and 18-year-old Karen Gonzalez Tuesday in connection with the death of 42 year-old Alfonso Rincon.
Court records obtained by ABC11 list Martinez as a student at Jordan High School in Durham.
All three suspects are charged with murder.
Rincon was shot and killed outside his home in the 6100 block of Foxhall Village Road on Oct. 31 when he chased people who appeared to be breaking into a neighbor's car.
One of Rincon's neighbors, who didn't want to be identified, said residents of the mobile home park have been waiting more than four months for someone to be charged.
"I was happy to hear about the arrests because that does relieve, you know, I am relieved to hear that," said the neighbor.
The investigation is ongoing.
