The Expo is an addition to the bi-annual Apex consignment sale named Twice As Nice. The sale was supposed to be held in the old Borders book store space in Beaver Creek Commons shopping center, but someone broke in and took copper wire out of the building - leaving it without electricity.
While the sale won't go on, the Triangle Family Expo will take place as planned.
It'll be Friday through Saturday at the Apex Baptist Church, located at 110 South Salem Street in Apex just south of Cary off Davis Drive.
Hours are Friday 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Admission is free.
