The North Carolina Highway Patrol in Durham was asked to assist as the woman allegedly sped down NC-98 just before noon.
Stop Sticks were used to deflate the tires on the woman's SUV, and she eventually pulled into the parking lot of a gas station at Patterson Road.
Officers quickly took her into custody.
It wasn't immediately clear how the chase started or what the unidentified woman will be charged with.
