Raleigh police arrested 31-year-old Michael Matthew Murphy Jr. Saturday after receiving a report from a man who witnessed the exposure at Monkey Joe's on Glenwood Avenue.
Murphy bonded out of the Wake County Jail after posting $3,000.
He will face a judge on Oct. 22.
