Clayton grandmother charged with DWI while headed to school

CLAYTON, N.C.

Deputies pulled over 57-year-old Susan Eason Kepley around 3:20 Wednesday afternoon on Barber Mill Road after they said they witnessed her swerving back and forth.

Kepley allegedly told officers she'd been drinking wine at lunch. A breathalyzer test registered .37. In North Carolina, you're considered legally drunk at .08 - meaning Kepley registered more than four times the limit.
