The accident happened on Peedin Road, just outside Pine Level around 11:40 p.m.
Troopers said 35-year-old Brooklyn Michelle Howard was killed when her Jeep ran off the road and overturned in a ditch. No one else was inside the vehicle.
Officials have not said what might have caused the crash.
