The fire started around 3 a.m. at the restaurant just off exit 121 of Interstate 95.
Fire officials said flames were seen shooting through the roof of the building.
Fortunately, the restaurant was closed at the time.
The fire re-ignited Wednesday afternoon and crews returned to the scene.
So far, the cause of the fire in unknown.
