Suspect in boy's killing could face death penalty

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for the person accused of gunning down a nine-year-old boy who was sitting in a car with his mother.

Police say 23-year-old Everett Graves shot Jaeden Sharpe on Jan. 4.

He later died after being taken off life support.

Graves is also accused of shooting Sharpe's mom, Lakeisha Holloway.

Holloway survived.
