According to deputies, 48-year old Gerald Hilton Lord of Fayetteville was delivering an order when he pulled into a driveway at the wrong address.

Thomas Earl Jacobs, 18, reportedly asked Lord to get off his property.  The pair exchanged words and Lord drove off.

Investigators said Lord returned to Jacobs' residence after making the food delivery to the correct address.  Jacobs' met Lord at the end of the driveway and an argument began.  Lord allegedly placed a gun in the teen's face that discharged twice, striking both men.

One of the bullets grazed Jacobs' neck and the second struck Lord in the forearm.  Lord was taken to Womack Army Medical Center and Jacobs was sent to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center for treatment.

Investigators say they will not file charges in the case and both men have been told to take their dispute to a magistrate to settle.
