Jane Richard, 8, lost her leg in the explosions last April.
Her 8-year-old brother Martin was killed.
Her family says her new leg is a "cheetah" running leg, designed for athletics and for everyday use.
The leg is a gift from an organization called "Wiggle Your Toes" and her team at United Prosthetics who built it.
