Isiah Alexander Owens, 25, and Shawn Cordellro Jones, 24, were arrested Friday at the 100 block of Franklin Street in Elizabeth City by members of the Raleigh Police Department's Fugitive Unit, members of the Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office, and the SBI.
The shooting happened just at BJ Bladez Barber Shop on New Bern Avenue.
Fred Douglas Hodge Jr., 61, and Ramon Lee Lyon, 38, were rushed to WakeMed with non-life-threatening injuries.
Owens and Jones are each charged with one count of murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
After being transported to Raleigh, the suspects will be processed into the Wake County Detention Center.
