After getting instructions Tuesday morning, jurors sent four notes to the judge asking for a number of things including a chance to review surveillance video and pictures from three Raleigh robberies in 2008.
Prosecutors claim the man in the pictures is Devega.
He's facing the death penalty for two murders -- one a young mother and convenience store clerk. He's also charged with an attempted murder, and eight armed robberies.
Jurors in the two-month long trial also requested an easel-sized note pad and markers.
Jurors will resume deliberations at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
