In 4 weeks, I've lost just 5 pounds, but for me, it hasn't been about the weight loss, it's been about getting my body moving. For me, the goal of 10,000 steps a day has been quite an adjustment in my life. Many times I haven't wanted to take the steps, but I hear myself saying, "JUST KEEP GOING."
For you, the goal may be something entirely different. One viewer told me because of the weight she's put on she can't walk, so her goal was to get in and out of her wheelchair by herself. Great! JUST KEEP GOING!
I ran into a gentleman yesterday who told me that he had quit exercising because he was too busy. Knowing "Bigweather" was working it into his day had made this guy work to find time in his schedule. Now, he schedules his exercise and he's getting it done everyday. Awesome! JUST KEEP GOING!
And THAT is what this is all about. Find your obstacle, the thing that's keeping your from the next step on the journey, and beat it, no matter what it takes. JUST KEEP GOING!
