Man accused of molesting 14-year-old boy from dating app

CHICAGO -- A man from Illinois is accused of molesting a 14-year-old boy he met on a dating app.

John Hendershott, 52, is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

DNAInfo reports Hendershott told police he is HIV positive and did not disclose that to the boy before having unprotected sex with him.
